In 1978, ownership transitioned to Reford and his wife, Barbara Glidewell, whose partnership laid the foundation for the company for decades to come. Together, they built All-Rite’s first dedicated office, expanded the team, and established long-standing relationships that reflect our belief in accountability, trust, and treating people like family, values that continue to guide us today. From the start, the focus was simple: do good work and treat people right. 1970 Growing With Our Community The opening of All-Rite’s first Orlando office allowed the company to better serve Central Florida. As projects expanded, so did the team, strengthening close working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners who trusted All-Rite to show up and deliver. 1978-2012 Continuing a Legacy Ownership transitioned to Reford and his wife, Barbara Glidewell. Reford led field sales and installations, while Barbara managed operations and customer calls, building a culture where employees, subcontractors, and clients were treated like extended family. 2024 Expanding Our Capabilities All-Rite expanded with a full in-house fabrication and powder-coating facility, allowing tighter quality control and faster turnaround. Bringing more work under one roof reinforced the company’s hands-on approach and long-standing commitment to doing things the right way. Today Leading with Experience Now led by third-generation owners Ray, Steve, and David Glidewell, All-Rite remains a family-owned company serving Florida statewide.
